2. Account Registration and Management
Each eligible individual may register one account on ay777. The account registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
Opening more than one account on ay777 is strictly prohibited. If ay777 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same person, device, household, IP address, or payment method, ay777 reserves the right to close all accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and permanently forfeit any balances held across those accounts, including bonus and winnings funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your ay777 account. You agree to notify ay777 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ay777 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
ay777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

The minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳100. The minimum deposit via Rocket is ৳200. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same ay777 account. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. ay777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
All transactions on ay777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ay777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Most withdrawals are credited to the Player's mobile wallet within 3 to 10 minutes of approval. ay777 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
ay777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a Player account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or hand, and expiry period for each promotion are stated in the promotion-specific terms presented at the time of opt-in.
Systematic exploitation of ay777 promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, reverse engineering betting patterns to hedge bonus wagers at negligible risk, or using automated scripts to place bets — constitutes bonus abuse. ay777 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and permanently suspend accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
Unclaimed bonus offers and unconverted bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level will expire at the end of the promotional period specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Player's account automatically and are not subject to any compensation or reinstatement. Cash funds in a Player's account that are not derived from bonus activity are not affected by bonus expiry.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or subsequent verification requests.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or sporting event listed on the Platform.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal purpose.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not a financial benefit is actually obtained.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward any ay777 customer support agent or other player on the Platform.
ay777 reserves the right to determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether a breach of this section has occurred. All decisions regarding account suspension, termination and fund forfeiture under this section are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 10.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on ay777.club — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ay777 or its licensed third-party partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt and Microgaming). 7. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) and even if ay777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ay777 aims to maintain continuous 24/7 platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patching, third-party payment gateway outages, or circumstances beyond ay777's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions) may cause temporary service interruptions. ay777 will not be liable for any losses — including open bets, pending withdrawals, or missed promotional windows — resulting from such interruptions.
Nothing in this Section 7 shall exclude or limit ay777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension and Termination
ay777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ay777 reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has provided false information during registration or verification; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or money laundering purposes; (d) the Player's activity poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of ay777's gaming operations; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose ay777 to legal or regulatory risk.
Upon termination of an account by ay777 for cause, any balance remaining in the account (including cash balances) may be forfeited if the termination arises from a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ay777.club, you agree to first contact ay777 customer support via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. ay777 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe above, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as ay777 may designate in writing. Your continued use of ay777.club following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
